Most of my work happens where software meets the store floor: .NET services on self-checkout lanes, payment and fiscal device layers, edge Kubernetes clusters running in the back office, and the telemetry that tells us when any of it breaks.
After hours I build products end to end: an open-source MCP server that lets AI agents drive a real iPhone, a live storefront and quoting system for an HVAC dealer, a self-running short-video studio on a home Kubernetes cluster, and iOS apps — one of them on the App Store.

Phone use for AI agents · 2026
What computer use is for the desktop, on a real iPhone. An MCP server that lets Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Gemini see the screen, tap, swipe and type in any app — no jailbreak. Every screen becomes a compact list of elements with short ids, so the agent taps by meaning instead of guessing pixels. It can unlock the phone, hop between apps to fetch a one-time code, and test your own builds with logs, crash reports and a screenshot of every step — pausing to ask before anything it can't undo.

A bilingual product showroom for an authorized Vaillant dealer, covering boilers, air conditioners and heat pumps across Turkey. The whole catalogue lives in a single Excel sheet the business already knows how to edit; a build step compiles it into static JSON, so the site ships as pure files with no server, no database and nothing to break.

The back office behind the storefront. Builds multi-option price quotes from a live price list, numbers them per year, and turns every saved quote into a customer record — then follows the job through payments, balances and invoicing. Excel-style column filters, Turkish-aware search, and tables that fold into cards on a phone.

Models the new 36-team league-phase format as an integer program: every club gets eight opponents across four pots, with country clashes and home/away balance enforced as hard constraints. Gurobi finds a valid draw; ClubElo ratings feed fairness benchmarks; a SwiftUI app plays it out live.

A perfect memory of everything you've seen and heard on your computer, kept entirely on your own machine. It reads screen text from accessibility trees with OCR as a fallback, transcribes audio and tells speakers apart, logs clicks and keystrokes, and indexes it all into SQLite full-text search — then hands it to AI tools as context through a local API and an MCP server.
Autonomous short-video studio · 2026
A self-healing pipeline that turns long YouTube videos into ready-to-post Shorts, Reels and TikToks with zero manual steps. It finds the source, transcribes it with Whisper, lets a local LLM pick the hook, locks onto the streamer's facecam with computer vision, renders a 9:16 cut with burned-in captions and publishes it. Everything runs on a spare home PC under Kubernetes, no paid SaaS.

A landscape, dark-mode driving cockpit: live map with traffic and 3D heading on the left, speedometer, media controls and trip telemetry on the right. Built to survive real roads and App Store review — real km/h from raw GPS, MapKit traffic through UIKit, and the system volume and AirPlay controls instead of fragile fakes.

A sidecar that keeps watch over 6,000+ live store devices. Every event is journaled to SQLite first and shipped through a transactional outbox, so a flaky store link never loses data, and dead-letter monitors flag anything that refuses to sync.
